Note to Pam’s former patients: Pam had a lobotomy the day after she finished work to bring her mental capacity down to my level. As a result she cannot provide remote assistance with your pump/medical condition. There is one exception–if you wire us $10,000 (no insurance accepted), I will personally guarantee that she will accept up to 2 calls from you not to exceed 15 minutes in duration each
